Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Candybloom, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right!

  1. ⁠Order Cancellation
    • ⁠You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at [your email address].
    • ⁠Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation. The cancellation request must be sent from the email ID used to place the order.
    • ⁠Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
  2. ⁠Returns & Replacements
    If you received a faulty or damaged product:
    • ⁠Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [your email address].
    • ⁠Include photos or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
    • ⁠After our team verifies the damage and the product is returned to our warehouse, we will: issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days, or proceed with a replacement, based on your preference.

    Note: Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned item and it passes quality check (QC).

  3. ⁠Customization Policy
    We do our best to ensure customized products are made to your specifications. However:
    • Size issues in custom t-shirts are not eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances. Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order.
    • ⁠Color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. These are not considered defects.

    If the customized item is damaged or faulty due to our error, you may request a return with valid evidence.

  4. ⁠Refund Method
    • ⁠For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be transferred to a bank account provided by the customer during the return request process.
